The Interstate Certified Shellfish Shippers List (ICSSL) is published monthly for the information and use by food control officials, seafood industry and other interested persons. The publication is distributed under authorities of the Public Health Service Act and Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in conjunction with the Office of Compliance, Shellfish Safety Team, 5100 Paint Branch Parkway, College Park, MD 20740-3835.
